.net framework

I am installing .net on jukebox sw and nothing happens. when I remove the inbuilt .net one it tries to install jukebox sw .net but fails. I try install with out in built .net and it gets so far and bombs out fails with error about turn off features.  this is on clean machine and it crashes saying turn off and on features which I do but makes no difference even a clean up program will not work nothing happens to jukebox on the install this a windows 7 machine

Just to be clear, am I right in thinking:- you are having a problem installing the .Net Framework on your windows 7 machine, but the jukebox program installs ok ?.

this correct only tries to install when you turn off .net in add remove then it bombs out half through install say that turn off windows features in control panel this makes no difference. if on nothing happens to jukebox .net.  off it bombs out with the error turn windows features on or off in control panel to install or configure.

not possible at the moment will need to repeat problem myself. and I will be away also for the few hours but thanks for the offer
