Videobox Not Loading

Hi,

just wondering if someone may be able to help me out, I have loaded the machine with VideoBox it was working great then one day it just stopped starting up I have copied the folder and un installed then reinstalled, but even after reinstalling the trial dialog after clicking on try it doesn't start either, have you got anywhere for me to start trying to fix this problem ?

Run Videobox and then open task manager and tell me if you see videobo ?

Yes I do see it in the task manager but give it 15-20 seconds and it disappears again

Is this on win Xp ?.

Not XP, its Windows 7 64bit, fresh install with all current updates

Hmmm, puzzler...

Ok, as soon as you see it in task manager, right click on Videobox and select 'Maximize', see if that has any effect.

If all else fails I can take a look for you tomorrow (Mon) if you like ?.

Gave it a whirl and no bingo, so if you want to send me the info on how you want to remote access this and have a play around ill leave it going and you can see if you can figure anything out
