Hi raydanbox

Check in your windows display properties that your 2nd monitor shows there, and that your desktop is 'extended' onto your second screen.

NEW INSTALL PROBLEMS / Dual screen
« Last post by raydanbox on November 11, 2018, 06:57:29 PM »
Good evening everyone. My problem is that I can not switch to dual screen with Pub jukebox in the menu engineer "video options" remains grayed out. Yet windows recognize them and even my Psrockola jukebox software. I tried to reverse the connections but that does not change anything. do you have an idea. I thought about uninstalling Pub Jukebox and reinstalling it. What do you think ?

General Discussion / Re: Can´t install in Win 10

Hi hendrikm

Coin kit is not a virus, you will need to allow it through your antivirus software if you wish to install it.
If you look at the virustotal results you will see that most result are clean, and the ones that report a virus cannot agree on a virus name, if you look you will see they all report different names.

General Discussion / Can´t install in Win 10
« Last post by hendrikm on October 20, 2018, 08:24:12 PM »
Hi,

finally I got my coin acceptor and wanted to install the Coin Kit software.

Win 10 Home Version 1803 64bit

I saw the video about the download warnings and disabled the security settings in Firefox so I could download the CoinKit Setup file.
During installation the CoinKit.exe file was quarantined and even if I disable the virus scanner I can´t install the software, there´s always a "Move file Code 5 " error.
I ran the coinkit.exe file through virustotal and 34 scanners detected it as malware...

How can I use CoinKit software with Win10?

New Install Problems / Re: Download error

Hey Steve. Looks like I'm going to have to source a machine with windows 7 on it. All the downloads worked but every time I went to install Adobe flash player the programme stopped working. I think that is all that is stopping it from working as the VIDEOBOX programme opens but it is just a blank screen.
