Touchscreen not working in VB

Weird I know, but its true...

Ive set up my supersonic PC and got the touchscreen working via USB. It works on the desktop but when I load up VB it won't work?

Any ideas as to why this may be happening?

Working.

I don't know how or why it helped because even rebooting, changing options or anything else i tried wasn't working.

I rebooted the jukebox in safe mode then did a "Disk Cleanup" which seemed to solve the problem.
