Requesting Activation

Good Day forum,
              My Pub Jukebox is randomly asking for activation on startup. It happen about 2 days ago but i did was close it out and restarted it. But today i had to open and close it about 3 times before it load the software.

Hi reno

1. Is it still showing this message ?
2. Have you changed any hardware on the PC ? or changed the Os ?.
3. Have you recently removed network from the pc, or disconected it from the internet ?.

Hmm, very odd then, I remember we had something like this with videobox, it would see the PC as a different computer when the LAN was disconnected, weird  :o

So do pub jukebox have to be constantly connected to the internet. In order to run pub jukebox

No of course not, but what we found with Videobox was that some computers would report different hardware in the PC when the LAN cable was pulled, and this caused the license to get angry because it thought this was then a different computer.
Dont worry, if this is the case with PJ I know where to look for the culprit :-)
