Title: chilkatlog error

Trying to install a downloaded copy of videobox and I get the following error.  Get the same error on Vista and XP.

error
ChilKayLog
Unzip To File
Failed to read compressed data
Failed to find file maker

the download u have is corrupt or incomplete, download again usin a difrent computer or browser

I've downloaded it twice once using firefox and once using IE, same problem.

ther is nothing wrong with the download package, try to download on a difren computer or difrent internet conetion

Just downloaded it on a different computer.  Same result.

ok i just downloaded and worked first go
but it maybe that ur computer does not like the download routine or somethin so what i will do is set up an alternate download location for you - standby for the link i will send to your email in about 5 mins

Sadly its a matter of try and try again.....i'm in australia also and it took me about 40 goes to get it.

download kept getting to half way and ending saying download complete.

I ended up asking for a direct download via email....had the same problem with karaokebox as well.

It must have something to do with how far away we are....who knows :)

this is a comon problem but it works ok fo us hear in the uk its not a software prblem probly some network issue
i am currently working on a better downloa d system as we want to do away wiyth the login accounts
