Is there only one user on the computer "Administrator" ?

Have folders under Documents and settings for:
Administrator
All Users
COSA TEAM
Default User

Only the Administrator folder contained ..\local Settings\Application Data\__\Juke_Blaster*

Ok, its hard to say what those other acounts contain especially the "COSA TEAM" one lol , but If I was you I would spend 10 minutes looking for any of those folders I said to delete and then re-install JBP and give it a go!

Im going in the bath now (its late evening here) let me know if it was sucsessfull or if the problem remains and I will talk with you tomorrow 

Ps: it might be worth downloading a fresh copy of JBP before you re-install just to make sure that Chen's copy is not corrupted somehow.
