New member help with video box loads up straight onto advertising

Hi everyone
Im having trouble with Videobox as it loads straight onto the video box advertising screen and then displays adverts.
I have re installed and read the guides and it seems then for one member that the computer had to be looked into remotely to fix or is there something that I have missed as all other programs have been loaded

Hi Deano, I will try to help 

Did you once have 2 monitors connected to your pc ?.

Its not connected to two screens but I did connect it to a different screen that was in a fixed location and then to register etc then I had to connect to another screen
This issue is with both screens now as  I have tried it again on both screens again

Well we had a successful outcome, Deano's problem was fixed by searching for and deleting his 'user.config' file.

Hi guys sorry to be a pain but I went into the engineers mode and clicked on one of the screens and now the screen has gone back to the advertising screen again and I cannot get back to the normal screen
