Title: Often asking to activate

Goood day forum
Every so often videobox will fail to startup. Then I would have to put in the serial code to register it. Why is this happen in windows 7? I thought that was an windowXP problem.
Need a solution fast

Hi reno

We think this may be due to a 3rd party component trying to access the internet on startup, the workaround for now is to connect the jukebox to the internet and try that.

Please let me know if that cures the problem...

This videobox is always connected to the internet.

Hmm, not sure then.. I know we have had some problems with the component you see on screen, does it give you any error message or any indication whats wrong ?.

No . I just have to re enter the serial  number and she be good for two weeks to a month before it ask for it again

Ok, continue with your workaround and enter the serial number again, we are aware of problems with this component and we should have a fix within the next few weeks or months :-)

Hi Steve,

Is there a time limit on updating our videobox software? I'm busy at the moment and can not look at update my jukeboxes for a few weeks.

Nope, no time limit, just update when you can :-)
