Videobox invalid licence

Can anyone help me. 
My videobox has been working for over 12 months now and it has just came up with 0 days of 10 remaining. As if I have never licenced the box.

Have you changed something on your computer, anything at all ?.
Have you tried to register again with your serial ?.
Update to latest version ?.

sorry forgot to say before.
It's In pub in a locked cabinet.
I haven't been anywhere near in on about 3 months. I only collect the money every few months as its on 10p a track.
The landlord rang me earlier and sent me that photo. He doesn't have keys so no one could have been in the cabinet

The same thing happen to me on one of jukebox running windows xp. All I did was re enter my name, company name and serial and it came back up. I it has been ok going for a week now

It's running on xp too.  I'll give that a try later on today.  Thanks for your advice
