How to get help with your problem or question!

Welcome to our forum, glad you could join us  Grin

Before you post on the forum, please take 5 minutes to read this...

First thing to understand about this forum is that it's not an official support system or a direct help line to Steve, It is a discussion forum for You & other Users to help each other out.

If you have any of the following specific problems ONLY, you can email Steve directly for help at steve@jukeblaster.com

Licence issues - licence not received

Payment issues - I clicked the PayPal button twice etc..

Website log-in/password & download issues

Do not post questions about account information, payments, product purchases or terms & conditions on the forum or your post will be removed & you could be barred from posting in future.

Most of the time your question will already have been answered many times over, but most people forget to search the forum first for an answer, you then end up waiting for an answer when a solution already exists.
Try to search the forum before you post, the search box is in the top right of this page.  Cheesy

If you can't find an answer by searching the forum then by all means, post your question (giving as much detail as you can), try to be clear about your problem, describing in detail what steps you have already taken to resolve the problem.
Do not address your question directly to Steve, give other members a chance to answer.

If you have made a post and you hav'nt had a reply, why not send a PM (private message) to one of the board members, asking if they will assist you, you will find that the members on this board are a friendly bunch, just be polite & only ask once (dont send loads of messages to the same person).

One last thing a lot of people seem to overlook, is the Help manual that comes with Juke Blaster Pro (its in the Juke Blaster Pro program group from your start button on your windows desktop).

Have Fun  Grin
