I have been running video box for 2 years with no probs. But now it refuses to load and i get the message "Avalid license could not be obtained for videobox. Please contact Touch music Solutions for assistance. Below is part of the details error.
Please assist

An unexpected error occurred while validating.
   Configuration system failed to initialize --> Root element is missing. (C:\Users\Colin\AppData\Local\Touch_Music_Solutions\DefaultDomain_Path_ntadjrfff3xt2rbugad2fiyvdgly3nmw\3.6.9.9\user.config) --> Root element is missing.

Hi, this problem is a corrupt user.config file, you can download the latest version of Videobox from our website and try a clean install, if that doesnt work you can delete the config file yourself.
If none of the above works just let me know and i will give you a remote session tomorrow and fix it for you :-)

I cannot now boot to windows. It is going to be easier to load from original disc onto spare machine. Is that possible.

Thanks for that. i have downloaded from that link but cannot input my serial does not fit, too long,. My serial has 33 characters not 25 as in latest version.

Again, you cant attach serial numbers on the forum, you must email it to me...
