Postage & Sale terms for kim (uk & international)
All postage, Uk & International requires a signature on delivery, please ensure
you or someone else is available to sign for your package.
If your package cannot be delivered or is returned to your local sorting office you
will be responsible for retrieving your package and paying any further costs incured.
If your package cannot be delivered or is returned to us in the UK, you will be
responsible for paying any further cost to re-deliver the package to you.
If you require insurance on your package please inform us via email immediately
after your purchase and we will calculate a price for you.
UK orders:-
We retain proof of postage and will provide you with the Royal Mail transaction ID
on request.
If your package is lost in the UK and we can recover the full item & postal
costs from Royal Mail we will issue a refund.
International orders:-
We retain proof of postage and will provide you with the
transaction ID on request.
We will only attempt to trace a lost package in the UK, once a package has left
the UK it is your responsibility to trace the package with your postal service
or local sorting office.
We will not be liable for lost post outside the UK
Orders cancelled before dispatch are subject to a £9 restocking fee.
Refunds given for any other reason are at our sole discretion and subject to a £5 administration fee.
