2 screen option

can i make the video jukebox start up with 2 screen mode by default, everytime i start up the software i have to enter engineers mode to select 2 screen option. also when playing a video on seperate screen it reduces the screen to 1" size for about 10 sec  before the end of each video but doesn't do this if no other track as been added to playlist how do i stop this

Have you checked these , if so what was the result ?.

could there be something wrong with the video files ?
are you using standard svga cables ?
is the monitor switching resolution or something strange ?.

they are standard cables and video are very good quality from our supplier. it onlydoes this if another track is being played after it...
if it's the only video track it work fine

by 'standard cables' im assuming u mean svga monitor cables.
