Title: missing Karaoke Genre on reinstall.

Hi all, i promised i would be asking another stupid question or 2  so here goes....
PC Veriton small form factor....1.5 ghz processor, 4gb ram, 500gb hard drive.
1/
 having installed 9500 tracks, screen seems is slow to refresh after track picked....
i have read 2ghz ecommended....is this my problem or would another 4gb ram help.
2/
whilst adding genres etc i deleted Karaoke by mistake,no matter how many reinstalls i try ( even with all usic removed off drive) i cannot get this genre back,
can anyone else help with this....
i do have an i3  3.4 ghz tower that i will prob use when iget all the music sorted....
out of curiosity how many tracks should i be able to put on there with out affecting performance..

Hi chris, can you elaborate on this one a bit as I'm not sure what you mean with "screen seems is slow to refresh" ?.

Did you exclude the karaoke genre in your 'control panel -> page 2 -> excluded albums' ?.
You can toggle the hide/show function simply by pressing the '0' (zero) key on your keyboard...does it show now ?.
