Title: New install issues

It's been years since I installed this software, but purchased a new key on ebay and installed the cd software but the key doesn't work - as it's the wrong format for the install.  Have I been done by buying a key off Ebay?  I thought it was genuine?!

Thanks Steve - all done!

I should clarify the above.  I made a digital juke a few years ago using videobox.  All was fine.  I now have another project, and installed the software from the CD onto my new harddrive.  I entered the key I bought from Ebay, but it doesn't seem to be the right format?

hi i have downloaded video jukebox and paid for it but i cant seem to access my music and vidio files i have gone into settings and done a scan but i cant play anything

So you scan your music and then what happens ?, what prevents you from making a selection ?

i run a scan on the files then go back to the home page but thir is nothing to select to play
