Has anyone experienced this before

I loaded my product key for videobox pro on New Years eve. It was all working until today. I have turned it on and it is asking for a product key again. I cannot do this at the moment as I'm waiting for by to come and fix my broadband. Will it activate or do I have a problem. I have a 4 product keys for videobox 3 of which are working great. It's just this new one I have bought.

my broadband is now fixed and it says key invalid so how can I fix this. Would a duplicate key work.  I run a chain of pubs and this will be my 4 th box out there and they are mythering for it so want to get it sorted as all it needs is this activation, load with music and hang on wall.
