sr5i rejecting all coins

hi all
have a problem mabe someone has done before
on testing everything is good but not picking up any coins just rejecting
win 10 pro
sr5i is talking to coinkit via tt usb to serial all ok green light on coin mech
no coin inhibited in juke software
have also ground pin9 is this correct? have tried without this too
pin 1 rx/tx pin 7 +12v pin 8 grd
sr5i spec
software version CRS-F8-V1.46
build code STDO2
creation 10/06
mod 11/17 (new £1 coins)
mabe mech is faulty but any help welcome and thanks

Hi, Yes pin 9 is to ground (gnd, ov) correct.
Look at the top of the label on front of your coin acceptor, does it say 'mode, 1,2,3' (very small print) ?.

Wiring looks ok, click Diagnostics button on CoinKit and then the test Gate button, do you hear a click sound from the CM ?.

hi have inserted coins with coinkit and its picking up coins
so its seams to be jukebox software not getting info from coinkit issue
pic attached have reset juke software and set everything to default but when running coins are rejected software is set to coin mode
