Automatic Shut Down For Videobox for Non Payment

Good morning to Coders of The Best jukebox software VIDEOBOX...(Steve)
    I have move from the profit sharing business model to the rental base one, which requires the bar to pay a monthly fee.  However I have a few clients that I need to motivate to pay their rental on a timely bases. I use to accomplish this by remotely deactivating the license for videobox but this option is only available with internet.

My Question Is:
Can I get a feature that will automatically stop Videobox from
Starting up if I haven't login into videobox admin\eng menu in 40 days or 60 days.
I think  Pub jukebox have this feature.
