Title: Install Music For The First Time Problem

Good Day forum,
                        After running the trial version of pub jukebox, i purchase the serial but now it will not scan my music library. It goes as far as 9% and to goes to 0%. The program will freeze to the "Install Music for the First Time " screen.
 1) I tried an uninstall already of the entire pub jukebox folder but still getting this problem.
2) Re Scaning  my Music Library with JMC.

Any ideas before i do a complete windows 7 re-install.

Update:
           After re-installing the OS Windows 7, everything is working now.
