JMC music manager

Hi
when I go into music manager then into music analyser to sort out my tracks when I click on fix artist,fix year etc I get an error message come up. Unhandled execption has occurred in your application. If you click continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click quit the application will close immediately. So if I do click continue it just freezes but if I click quit then it does shut down. Also when im on edit tracks it says in the middle of the screen Working......Please wait!!!!! but no matter how long I wait nothing happens.

Hi Liann, I will try to help 

It sounds like you dont have all of the windows components installed, (.NET framework 4 and C++ runtime).
When you install music manager these components should try to install automatiaclly for you, if they are not installed you might get errors.
Run the music manager install again and give it plenty of time to install these components...
If you have no luck just let me know and I can give you a remote desktop session tomorrow (sat 8th) to try and fix it remotley for you :-)

still no luck just re-installed music manager and its saying working...please wait but nothing happens. It tells me .NET framework is already installed so doesn't need to do it again and it did install c++runtime so I'm a bit lost now to be honest.

Problem resolved..

The microsoft C++ redistributable 2010 was missing, get it here...
