music update

Good morning all,
I am trying to update music with an usb stick but it doesn't work. All files  mp4 and all the tags are good. Obviously I could transfer to the PJX hard drive but I have a lot of files and it takes time to scan everything each time. Previously it worked without problems. would someone have a solution because it is a big waste of time not being able to use the usb key for music updates

Hi ray, when you say "it doesn't work", can you explain what happens when you try to update ?

hi everyone, when i click on update music, the system tells me to plug in the usb key.  I plug in the key, I click on "start" and nothing happens.

when you click start, do you get a message saying 'Finished' or anything like that ?

it is as if the download starts and then it freezes. If you I can send you a video.

did you use the JMC to prepare the usb update ?

Ok, in the meantime... look in your jmc folder for a text file named something like 'bad tracks.txt'...
