error jukebox pro wont load after about 7 months use.

have an issue with jukeblaster pro after 7 months it wont load comes up with jukeblaster pro unable to load,send or dont send to microsoft.

so i reinstalled .net framework as in another post,errr no.
so i reinstalled jukeblaster pro,errr no.

so i tried system restore,and guess what,thats a no as well,same every time,you can use the pc fine but jukeblaster pro wont load.

i'm now at do i reinstall windows xp.

have you deleted the .config file yet with bry's utilty???........i'd try that, then uninstall the program and reinstall. hopefully that fixes it :)

tried uninstalls reinstalls,.net and jukeblaster,but the same..........

Hi tomahawk

It sounds like a windows or .NET problem (because it asks you send to microsoft), If you post the full error details from the error dialog I might be able to tell you whats wrong  ;)

hi steve,
       if thats the case surely,by reinstalling after uninstalling,.net and jukeblaster pro,shouldnt that fix it,as it doesnt??

i've reinstalled the complete drive and i'm back up working.windows and all.

but the same error is on the forum that i had and states .net framework prob,but why when i reinstalled did it not correct?

yet blank drive and complete reinstall did.

still need an answer incase it happens again.
