Title: Trying to install on new pc

Im trying to install jukeblaster pub on a different pc cause im changing my jukebox over. but on the registration screen theres not enough spaces in the registration serial number to type in the serial number. Ive tried copy and paste but it doesn't copy anything in to the box.

i am trying to install the cd i recieved today and keep getting error 5. probably cos i am not getting past install number 1 i think

i wish i knew how to do a screenshot. i have uninstalled it and only took a pic of the fault on my phone

looks like a problem with your windows system/antivirus, maybe you did'nt unblock your download before installing or your antivirus is set too high, this does not look like a problem with our software.

i remember as i loaded the cd , it asked me if i approved this programme to make changes on my pc, i replied "yes". is this what u mean ??

while we are at it steve. how can i tell if option 1 on loading has been done as it doesnt seem to do anything

Some of the options are now included with windows so you may not need to install them, just install the main program and see how it goes.

This is ridiculous.have just tried what you say still get the same fault. Have switched off the antivirus and still get the fault. Just feel now £70 down the drain. It wasnt supposed to be this hard and i can see from all the other questions there seems to be too many people with too many queeries ??
