Post by: sebshep18 on November 06, 2015, 12:44:14 AM
Hi, I cant seem to get into the engineer settings it just crashes the app causing a CTRL ALT and DEL to close the app then re open the app?

Also what is the limits to how many MP4 files I can have within a folder its running very sluggish on an i5 16gb system ?

Hi sebshep18

I will try to help  :D , describe what you mean by "it just crashes", does it hang, does it show any error message, do you see anything on screen etc ?.

As for tracks, you should try to limit them to about 20 tracks per album, if you need more make a sub-category in your genre.

Hi,

thanks for your response.

No no error message, it just sits on the tabbed screen with engineer highlighted orange but nothing iv left it for half hour or so and nothing ti just crashes the software you have to go into task manager and end the process and re open.

Strange though iv just downloaded the last version 2.9.9.9 and it works fine no issues and no lags with a lot more than 20 in each folder. How new is the 3.0 release ? But it won't activate the copy of 2.9.9.9 for some reason I'm just in trial mode at the moment but everything is working which is strange.

is there any settings i should have ? i can't even change it back to the oringal playing mode as i set it to free play.

Thanks again

Sounds like a difficult problem, I'm available tomorrow afternoon for a remote desktop session if you want me to take a look for you ?, let me know and I will send you some instructions.

Ps: I don't think your serial will work with the older version so it's best to use latest version.

No reply, so I assume this problem is now resolved.
