Hi,
I had purchased the Videobox software (version 3.0.0) of JukeBlaster for our Juke Box. The software was purchased for my establishment - Cafe General. Unfortunately, 3 days ago, I had to change the mother board of the CPU Unit which resulted in deactivation of this software.
While I tried to activate it over the internet by entering a code, it declined the verification code and showed me to contact the costumer care.
In lieu of this, is it possible for you to activate the system since there is no change in the ownership of the software. Please let me know if you would need to confirm the verification code.
Please suggest.
