Title: MP4 Files not being recognised in Videobox

Hi Guys,
I am have trouble getting Videobox to recognise MP4 files. I have a separate genre for videos only, it shows up in the interface but just says "Unavailable" in Red letters when selected and none of the videos show up. Anyone know how to solve this please.
