Title: Duel Screen

how do i set up a Duel screen i cant seem to find it anywhere in the options.
im trying to set it so the karaoke txt comes on the 2nd monitor

also just noticed the video options are greyed out

what setup are people using for duel screen ive tried it on 2 pc and neither work

Hello
firstly what hardware are you useing please send me a image of the rear of the pc
secondly makesure you turned on Allow engineer video options under system Admin> Security
lastly exit out of admin then shutdown jukebox then connect second screen and then restart jukebox
once jukebox has started go to the main menu and click on Engineer>Video Options
in there select the second screen
(please note you may have to config screens in windows itself)

brilliant ive got it sorted. but now my touch screen doesnt work when ive got another monitor plugged in any ideas

ive managed to get the touch screen work again for some reason it was picking up my tv as a touch screen thanks for the help

had the same issue you need to find the correct driver for the screen if you have any issues let me know
i had to purchase screen driver from a company in the uk to solve my issue the software is called udpp

 :) :) :) :) :) :)OK happy days have found the cause to the issue and how to reproduce if you have a second screen connected to the pc and then remove the second screen without diableing the screen in the option you will get this error to fix the error connect screen and the problem will reolve hope this helps....
