Installing on new PC

Hi,

I'm currently changing PC's and striking a problem. I had Video Box installed on my old PC and have just deactivated it. When i open it back up it asks for serial number again so I believe it is correctly deactivated.

My new PC is running Windows 7 & meets all of the minimum hardware requirements (it has more RAM & better Graphics card than previous PC). I am having trouble downloading the Video Box software to my new PC. I have gone to your website and located the download button but am getting no response everytime i click to download. i have restarted PC & gone to other websites and downloaded small programs so I believe the issue is not with my PC or net (I am using Chrome).

Is there any other way to download the program to my new PC?

Hi, it will be your web browser that is preventing your download.
reduce the security settings in your browser or try a different browser.

Thanks Steve.... seems I jumped the gun posting. I have successfully downloaded and installed via IE. Thank you for your responce
