Title: install fails because jbp has stopped working

hi can any one help
i am new to all this so bear with me
ive installed videobox evaluation version but when i click on it to start the program it says
"jbp videobox has stopped working windows is trying to find a solution to the problem"
my laptop is running windows t pro and its got the correct net.framework installed
(i think)
PLEASE HELP

Hi leeee987

First thing to check is that you have the .NET framework installed, either run setup again and make sure you click the 'Install .Net framework' button or, get it here:- http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=25150

If that doesnt help, you can either try it on your main PC instead of the laptop, or when the error occurs click the button on the error to show all the error details and paste them into a reply, we may be able to tell you whats wrong.
