Title: How do l re-enstall

I want to uninstall videobox and re-install on the same pc that it is registered to. How do I do this? Thanks!

Be very careful.  I reinstalled windows 7 and now I can't reinstall videobox as it says the computer id is different.

 Hi Bry
  I reinstalled windows 7 cos it kept crashing so I thought I'd do a fresh re-install, format the hard disk, re-activate windows and install everything.  I also swapped over videocards from the onboard video to a card that I'd put in.  Come reinstalling Videobox, it comes up with an error and in the end it thinks that I'm installing it on another computer.
   I've got three licenses for videobox for my household and my initial thought was that I was trying to install the wrong licensed videobox on my pc so I tried them but it's no different.  I didn't try the first license cos that's the one with the seperate license file and I know that it wasn't that one. 
  I think that doing all this has changed my computer's id, I can't prove it and even if I put everything back the way it was, I don't think that I'll end up with the original id.  I'm expecting the same problem with my 1st installion license (I put videobox on a asrock ion 330 nettop pc but the bios was knackered.  I got a replacement bios chip from Holland so as I 'll be changing and no doubt that'll change the pc's id.
   Sorry about the rant but I'm getting no help from Steve as he probably thinks that I'm trying to rip him off.  At 57, I'm not looking at ripping anyone off, I just want easy life!  I don't expect this post to last long as he's probably going to ban me from posting.

Shame really because the 2nd license that I have for the dining room is great and was telling all our friends of what it was.  This software would be good for a standalone pc that doesn't change but for a desktop pc who doesn't reinstall windows?

mike dont get ur knickers in a twist mate ok :) reason our Ste is realy strict now is cause weve had a few guys lately trying it on to get a free license and its pissed him off big style, anyways im looking into this now and i will als look at ur situation and help u if i can once i get on top of it ok, see progress here  http://jukeblaster.com/forum/index.php?topic=824.15

It was working until I rebooted and then I get a box coming up with license not found.

yorkie just reinstal an it will instal license again
it may ask ur permision toallow overwrite
