Is support available for Pub Jukebox?

I have emailed the support email address and posted on here with no response... is this still a supported product?

hi steve, the question is in the pub jukebox section and is that after the program stopped working i had to reinstall.  it wouldn’t work at all so i had to delete the pub jukebox folder.  i then got it working but it crashes whenever it’s left to play background music... the screen freezes up and the only way out is to exit windows.

It is the non flash version which i installed.  The Flash version ran too slow and was jittery when starting new videos... you could see it resize the video and sometimes the video would not be centred.  So I changed to the non flash version which was running great.

Then i would say its something on the windows system or windows itself thats the problem, can you do a fresh install of windows.

it was a fresh install.  it will work for hours (days even) if there are items in the queue.. it’s just the background music that’s causing the issue.  in a log file i found it said “out of bounds” as if it’s trying to access a file that no longer exists... is there any way i can do a complete rebuild of the jukebox installation... so that i can do a first time music load again?

Thank you for your time yesterday.  All worked great..... until I connected the second screen.  After using screen 2 as the main playback screen, the BGM freezes on changing track again.  If I switch back to main screen it will run fine.  Any ideas as the second screen is really essential to be able to watch videos while selecting tracks?
