Title: Urgent Missing Side User menu

Hello All
Have found a issue with jukeboxes they where working fine then after a day or 2 the main user interface lost search and other search options
please see image attached urgent help would be great

Looks like the screen resolution is too low, try upping the resolution...

Also check (in menu -> engineer -> video options) that you have set video back to 'user interface', if you have preveously used a second screen or used Pub Jukebox in vertical mode.

i had the same problem users some how manged to resize the buttons so they disapear

i have the same problem it was working ok until i updated the music libary and now all the options as mentioned before have gone

it seems that theres not enough ram installed to run the software properly i deactivated the software and tried it on another machine and it seems to run with all the music

Thanks eddie, but i would'nt think that the ram would prevent part of the screen from showing ?, I would more likely suspect the screen resolution or something like that,  hmmm I dunno ?...
What ram/screen res did the pc have ?...

its 1080x1680 4gb ram

Still trying to find the problem to the issue it was working on my test machine fine
soon as installed in producttion machine i face the issue again there must be a bug somewhere just need to find it
tried more ram not the issue
steve can we please have a answer to this or can you please remote in and have a look regards Gerry

Hi, give this a go... Change the screen to this resolution and show me a picture of the display...

 :) :) :) :) :) :)OK happy days have found the cause to the issue and how to reproduce if you have a second screen connected to the pc and then remove the second screen without diableing the screen in the option you will get this error to fix the error connect screen and the problem will reolve hope this helps.... its not RAM AND ITS NOT SCREEN RESOLUTION
