Hi

Our jukebox is now asking for an update. I have tried making an update using the JMC software but it keeps saying failed to write update.
I have entered the details to assign the jukebox apart from the jukebox ID.
Is there anyway of getting the ID now its asking for an update?

Can you explain a little ->  "Is there anyway of getting the ID", did you loase the serial number or something ?.

In the JMC program, when making an update for the jukebox you need to select the customers.
I have put in the details. Name, phone number, music cost etc. But it asks for the Jukebox ID.

I cant get the jukebox ID off the Jukebox as the jukebox is asking for an update and wont allow me into service mode.
