What about being able to re skin the jukebox

You can change the buttons and images as you like to create a new look, take a look in the 'System Images' folder.  :D

Is there any way of modifying the blue theme or do you need specific software to do that

Change the colour settings etc

You mean the colour of the engineer, admin menu's ?
