Title: Needed - old school song title cards link.

Hi, I know the old style songs title cards were removed from the new version.
Any kind assistance would be appreciated if you could email me or send me a link where it can be downloaded.
Customer insists on old-school look song titles (pic. RHS song labels)
Please help.
