This is the uncompressed version for anyone who has trouble with zip files

New user.
Cant download the manual into Windows 7,get message "navigation to website cancelled".
Also am unable to download the licence.

There is no license to download ?, your license is sent to you via email after you request it.
If you have requested your license but not received it, check your spam or junk email folders.

The answer to your question, maual blank, 'navigation to this website canceled' is...

Your Windows security settings has blocked the manual from showing.

1. download manual

2. right click on it and select properties..

3, click 'Unblock' at the bottom right corner.
