Videobox starts with advertising mode

Can anyone help. When I start videobox, running on windows XP My screen goes straight to the advertising screens and no keys make any difference. This is after I changed something in the settings, but I can't get back to the settings because the program defaults to ad. screen even after uninstalling and reinstalling.

Do you have more than 1 screen attached to your pc ?.

Yes I have another screen attached.

sounds like you may have set VBX to show content on the 2nd screen, then removed the 2nd screen maybe ?.

daveclark:
The only keys that work when videobox is running with adverts showing is ctrl/alt/del, and windows key that enables me to close vbox, the second screen works like any extension screen in windows
