Pub jukebox keeps locking up

Hi

I just installed a copy of pub jukebox on a new windows 10 64bit system but it keeps locking up.  the system is the same as ones I have used before and have tried everything i can think of even down to wiping the HDD and complete fresh install of windows 10.  I have extracted this error log, any ideas ?

My pub jukebox trial expired and i didnt encounter any problems with Videobox so purchased that instead.
