Karaoke Jukebox won't recognise my licence

I have been using the licensed software for the past week ok, suddenly today when I loaded the Kjb software it has reverted back to the trial version saying I have 4 days remaining, strange as the trial ran out weeks ago. I have tried to re-register but comes up as not recognised.   Note this is on the original registered machine.   I have tried to re install the software but still the same problem.  Can you help ??

What is the exact message you get when you enter the serial number again ?, please post the details.

Hi Steve,  thanks for the fast reply,  I have now sorted my problem, I must have been entering the wrong user name. Can't understand why it reverted the the demo though.
