Good evening everyone. My problem is that I can not switch to dual screen with Pub jukebox in the menu engineer "video options" remains grayed out. Yet windows recognize them and even my Psrockola jukebox software. I tried to reverse the connections but that does not change anything. do you have an idea. I thought about uninstalling Pub Jukebox and reinstalling it. What do you think ?

Hi raydanbox
Check in your windows display properties that your 2nd monitor shows there, and that your desktop is 'extended' onto your second screen.
-
my 2 screens appear in the windows settings and are in extended desktop. I also tried to reverse the connections but that does not solve problem. I have a hdmi connection and a display port connection.
-
Ahhhh, exotic and new configurations like display port & hdmi have never been tested by us, its svga only right now.

Hi Steve
Now I have videos on the second screen. In fact I forgot to switch in the admin menu. But now In my Pub jukebox files, i have only mpeg4 videos. When I choose a track, the music start but the video on the second screen start with a delay between 5 or 10 seconds. Could you tell me if you have an idea why this delay.
Many thanks Raydanbox

Hi
are you using both screens on vga ?
is your music on the same drive as Videobox (C:) ?
-
Hi Steve,
No my 2nd screen is connected with HDMI port, and I have 2 hard disks drive. One for windows et all programs files including Pub Jukebox and the 2nd disk only for video music files.
-
if the hard drive with your music on it is not in your computer (like external or nas drive) then that could be the problem, failing that i can only think it would be the hdmi, im more inclined to think it might be the drive though.
-
I have 2 differents disks but connected on the same motherboard by sata port. So I’ll try to put music and programms on the same hard disk drive and I report to You. Many thanks for your prompt answer. Daniel Raydanbox.
-
Hmm, if both drives are connected directly to the same mobo then it might not be that, hard to say without seeing the problem, you could just try it without the hdmi
-
Ok I’ll try the 2 solutions and I report.
-
did you get it working
-
I solve the problem. I delete 1 hard disk and use only one for all programs and video files. : ;

So it worked with hdmi I cant get it to work I've tried hdmi/vga and vga/dvi still get nothing
