License Not Recognised After a Component Change
« on: June 22, 2020, 04:29:02 PM »
Hi,
I have recently had to replace the motherboard on the computer I am running Pub Jukebox on. I have also changed the OS from Win 7 to 10. The CPU, Memory and PSU are the same. The computer will not recognise the license now. How can I resolve this please?

Hi Graham666, did you deactivate Pub Jukebox before replacing the hardware ?

Unfortunately not - the fault meant that the pc was pretty much 'dead' with only a couple of diagnostic lights coming on so it didn't get to the boot up stage
