From 12/08/13 we will no longer acknowledge or reply to questions that reference our products incorrectly.
For example... If our product "Videobox", is referred to as "video jukebox" or "vjb" or " vjbox" , we will not reply!.
You must use the correct product name in your message to avoid confusion, this enables us to give you quick and clear support for your software.
