Title: Install v1.3 - key registered to other box !

Hi there guys hope you are well.

 I downloaded the v1.3 Pub jukebox software however it will not let me deactivate the existing key and re-register it !

Can you help

im having this issue with a jukebox as well had to reinstall windows on same pc now saying key is registed to another jukebox
