Skipped Songs In playlist

Good Forum,
                  I have noticed that if I pick let’s say over 15 songs that goes into the playlist queue, some of the songs will not play. It’s like the software will skip over some of the songs.
I have observed this on many of my jukebox. So what I have done is limit the amount of songs that can go into the playlist.
But sometimes it becomes a problem because a the customer wants to use up all there credits one time.
   Anyone else is experiencing this problem?
