MP4 Files not being recognised in Videobox

Hi Guys,
I am having problems getting Videobox to recognise MP4 videos, I have a videos category where all the videos are stored, it shows in the genre list, but just says "Unavailable" in red print  and wont show them on the main screen. Any ideas how to fix this please.
