Not displaying correct artwork

Hi All - Happy new Year

During our new year bash, I noticed that a couple of albums weren't showing the correct artwork - just the default 5 women image.  When the track is opened in media player it shows up as the correct artwork.  I'm using Version 3.6.5 pro.

Is it worthwhile reinstalling or am I doing summat wrong?

Hi Yorkie

It really can only be a couple of things like the image is in the wrong place or it has the wrong name.

It needs to be named 'folder.jpg' and it should be in the same place as the album tracks.

Hi Steve, I should explain myself better.  The folder category (genre or year) images are ok, it's the individual album artwork within the mp3 file that isn't showing correctly on a couple of albums.  They will display correctly with media player but with visionbox they just show the 5 women dancing image.  That's why I thought maybe reinstalling visionbox may help as it may? clear out a memory of the old images?

Ok, forget media player, Videobox doesn't work the same way.
If you read my last post again the answer is there...

might be wmp system folders that's problem delete them might do the trick

Thanks for that reminder Steve,  I can't understand why it displays the correct artwork for some even though there isn't a folder jpg in that album folder.

Every folder will have a folder.jpg, just in some folders it's hidden! so you cant see it, if you want to see them all just tick the box to show hidden files and folders     (in your windows folder options).
