Title: Pc died and not able to deactivate software

Hi.

The pc that I have Videobox software loaded onto has stopped working (it won't boot up at all).
I haven't deactivated the software before this problem occured.

Can you let me know what I need to do to install and reactivate the software onto another working pc?
