Title: Engineer access crashing app not resolved

Hi it was a busy weekend so not been able to get on here,

the issue is not resolved and a remote access would be great to hopfully sort it.

also is the 49 quid I just paid just a subscription for one year of the software ? says I only have 6 months when I log in ?
