Not all of my music on

Hi.
I have just purcased software for jukeblaster home jukebox its great.
Except 2 probs
1. some of my music library cannot be found no matter how i search for it.
2. the virtual keyboard will only change between capital letters and numbers with no lower case letters
can anyone help me please,

Check the music files you cannot find to see if they are tagged properly with Title & Genre being the most important tags, as for keyboard, which one do you mean and why do you need lower case ?
